Activation problems

I get the following error message when I attempt to activate my mew AutoCad LT:

 

"Your online activation request has returned an error (800c0005) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems."

 

Have tried several times with same result. The activation page offers an alternate method, but is there any way I can activate online?

Have you made sure your default browser is IE8 and that you are online and have access to the Internet? 

 

Otherwise, you'll have to get an activation code manually from Autodesk Activations at 1-800-551-1490.

Thanks for your help, got it activated this time, don't know why it worked now and not before!

hello sir\madam, i have an issue with autocad 2016 during action. i have tried all methods provided by the instructor on how to activate the software online and manually. i have got the activation code for the 001H1 software. please reply soon
