Activation Student 3ds Max Design

Can`t activate my studentversion of 3ds Max Design: C:\Programm Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Adlm\R7\en-US\Webdepot\RTBegin Reg.html and after click "ok" Error 20 was shown "The software license check out failed" Who could help?
