Activation Problems

Dear Sir

Good Afternoon,

I am using Autocad 2013 Version 32 Bit sometime ago my windows had been crashed then I am reinstalled windows and reinstalled Autocad same version 2013, 32 Bit but now when I activation through the net its not working please do something and sending snap shots of Activation process Pictures.

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused. Please do not post your Serial Number or confidential data (registration information) on the forums (already removed).

Your Serial Number has already been upgraded to 2014 and the subscription contract is expired. So you are only allowed to use version 2014. I will provide more details in my reply to case 09539218.
