Activation Code for Autodesk LT 2010

Hello,

I chnaged the PC here in the company. Now I installed Autodesk LT 2010 on the Machine. 30 day trial is over meanwhile.

Now I try to get the license code.

But when I enter the Serial and Key, the windows tells me it is not valid.

Tryed prevoisly to get the activation code, but mail was never received. Also tried to open a ticket at autodesk (case 09800164) but no answer yet.

Tryed to call the hotline - no success, always busy.

I need to activate the product soon because the departement needs this software.

Any idea how I can get the activation code?

Online Formular also filled, but no answer yet.

Any help appreciated.

Hello @Anonymous!

I just processed your activation request / an email should have been sent to you with the necessary activation code for your 2010 software. To provide some further insight, your license was upgraded to the 2011 version per a subscription contract that has since expired. As such any automated activation attempts on the license will be denied, requiring a manual processing as you had previously requested.

Does that make sense? Any additional information and/or assistance that I can provide?
