I had a user who had some computer troubles.. She got swapped around to 3 different machine in a span of 2 weeks. The intern who built the machines failed to deactivate or transfer the Autocad 2011 licenses from one machine to the other. Now that the user has settled onto one machine I can no longer activate her Autocad. The other 2 machines do not exist anymore and i cannot go to them and deactivate the licenses. What do I do?

Call Autodesk activations at 1-800-551-1490 and explain the situation. You will need to provide them your serial number and request code for activation.
