Activate Revit MEP Suite

Our business has Revit MEP Suite installed on a machine, and the serial# and ProdID is entered, and Revit opens up fine, but MED and AutoCAD are asking for a serial# and not functioning.  I noticed that when I go to the Product Information on Revit, the license info is all listed as entered, but the Activate button is there, as though it has not been activated though my email from Autodesk tells me it is.

 

What do I need to do to get the MEP and Autocad working?  Do I enter the same serial # and other data for Revit?

 

Any help is appreciated.

If it was installed as part of the same suite, use the same serial number to activate.
