Hi!,
I'm having problems trying to download scalefoirm which I purchased yesterday. I keep on getting the access denied message. I did inform your technical support yesterday regarding this issue and I was told to wait for a day for the order to get processed. today I still get the same error message but i cant click on the chat to contact any technical support.
Please help
