I've just received our subscription upgrade to Acad 2007. On the box next to "CDkey:" it has "N/A" and Seats:000. We currently have a 4 seat network license deployment of Acad 06. How am I supposed to active the product and receive a license file it I dont' have a serial number?

Have you tried using your previous serial number to request a license? If that doesn't work, I would contact your reseller, they should be able to help you out.

Correct. On subscription auto-fullfillment, your serial number remains the same. Your reseller or Autodesk can verify this information if you do not have it.
