AEMS 2015 64 bit deployment to windows 8.1 stations

I downloaded the full version of the Education Master Suite 2015 then created my silent deployment with the installer.  It finished with now errors.  Now when I try to run it on my client stations the dialog box opens with a status line moving but it never installs anything or erros out.

 

My client stations are Windos 8.1 64bit with 8 gigs of ram.  OS is fully updated.  I have tried to recreate my deployment with same results.  Also created a share on another server with same results.

 

Any ideas?
