You can use the CAD Manager Control utility that is provided with ADT2004 to
adjust this, by creating a *.reg file that can be applied to previous
workstations.
This utility must be installed on a machine that has ADT2004 also installed
(probably best on the CAD Managers machine). Make sure you pick the "Create
.reg registry file" option in the pulldown otherwise you will change the
settings on your own pc.
I haven't had to use it myself but I think this is how it is done.
