ADR 2012 still fails to install??

1.  O/S - Vista. 64-bit
2.  Uninstalled any previous downloads of ADR and DwgTrue View.
3.  Unregistered VBScript & then Loaded VBScript 'as administrator' successfully, as to avoid error & instructions from previous thread.
4.  Downloaded ADR 2012 using Autodesk Download Manger, 100% success.
5.  Launched from Autodesk Download Manager "SetupDesignReview 2012_bundle.exe" (662.35MB).
6.  Failed to install, error message....see attached screenshots plus log file.

It'd be great if I could get some help & actually finally be able to successfully install ADR....

I use AutoCAD LT 2011 myself and require ADR to review clients revisions as per clients who use ADR.... 

Please feel free to comment or suggest fixes.  I'm willing to try anything to see if I can get a solution...
