After installing ADT 2005 on a few of our workstations everything seems to
be working ok. Then once the user boots the machine we start having trouble
with all ADO connections. Has anyone else had this experience or any
suggestions?

AutoCAD 2005 is installing MDAC2.7 I think. It also installs the .net framework so ADO.net is on there too. If you're accessing databases programatically through MDAC2.5, you might have to change your adox, adodb and other recordset controls to use the new version
