I currently have ACAD2010 Student Version installed and have recently purchased licensed full software for ACAD2010. When uninstalling the student version all files appear to erase and be cleared off pc. When new licensed copy CD is installed and started, ACAD2010 Student Version still starts. Where do I insert License activation code?

You will have to delete the license files manually as the uninstall doesn't remove this.

if you don't have any other Autodesk programs you can delete following files manually, which will force a re-activation.

on vista/win7

%programdata%\flexnet\adsk*.data

xp

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\flexnet\adsk*.data
