A valid license could not be obtained by the network license manager. [0.0.0]

I have two products and license files.  Navisworks and Bulding Design Suite Premium.

I can only get one service up and running (navman) using the licensing manager.  When it is up and running it will not service a license request from any clients.

My clients get error [-15.570.0] A valid licnse could not be obtained by the network license manager.

The log file looks like everything starts correctly and the licesning manager is telling me the service is up and running.

What do I need to do in order to get the license server accepting clients?

The error code is saying that a license for that product doesn't exists in the license file. Run your license file on the following website:

licenseparser.com

Review the information to make sure a license exists for the product you're attempting to run. If it does, make sure the license manager is configured correctly and verify its deligating licenses by using the Server Status tab and clicking "Perform Status Inquiry".

Let me know if this helps.

You need to combine your license files into one service.  Do not attempt to run two separate services with one vendor daemon on 2080.

See my combining license files link in my signature line.

As for the -15, you will also want to check out the IPv6 issue if your NLM is not responding to PING with an IPv4 address.  Also make sure no firewall is blocking the .exe files and ports 2080 and 27000.

For more information about Network License Manager connectivity issues and IPv6, please see my discussion post here:
