A valid license could not be obtained by the network license.

I am running AutoCAD Mechanical 2009 (or trying to) at a remote facility.
The system (XP SP3) is in a remote site with a ping time of about 200ms to the licensing server (2003).
I found the license file on the workstation and it points to the correct server.
In the main facility no one is having trouble and there are licenses available.

Here is the error message I get:

A valid license could not be obtained by the network license
manager. Try again. If you are still unable to access a
license, contact your system administrator
Error [1.5-18]



I increased the FLEXLM_TIMEOUT to 100 000 000 per ID: TS1057817 but it does not seem to be waiting 100s, it times out about 7 seconds after the splash screen disapears. (I also tried 10 000 000 which did about the same). the system has been rebooted.

Any Ideas?

Hi,

Please give a solution to issue
