A software problem has caused Autodesk Installer to close unexpectedly.

I am trying to install Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014, and I receive the same error each time I try to install: " A software problem has caused Autodesk Installer to close unexpectedly."  I have tried installing from downloaded files and from the USB thumbdrive with the files, and the error is the same each time. I have all programs, including the virus scan, disabled or closed.  I have uninstalled AutoCad Civil 3D 2014.  None of these efforts have been succesful.  It goes no where and is locked on the intiallizing screen.  I have to use task manager to shut the whole installation down.  This was not an issue when I recently installed Civil 3D 2014 on the same computer.

the screen shot is included.  Does anyone else have a similar problem and/or know of a solution?

Log in as a different user with Administrator permissions and see if you're able to open the application without these errors.

You may not have DCS installed if you couldn't find it in your uninstall programs list. Have you tried turning off you Antivirus application before installing?

Can you post the logs files from your temp directory? to get to this location, hit the windows key then type %temp% and hit enter. Sort the files by date modified and post the logs pertaining to the Autodesk installation.

I tried to install Autocad 2015 (student version), and I received a warning "A software problem has caused Autodesk Installer to close unexpectedly."

I tried all advices. However, I received same warning when I tried to install Autocad 2014.

Disable User Account Control (UAC). To do this, click start and type "uac" in the search box, then hit enter. Slide the bar all the way down to the bottom, save, close, and reboot your machine.

Then try starting the application again.

I disabled UAC and restarted my PC. Also, I've deactivated my antivirus. However, same warning was occured again.

I added the screenshot of warning, again.

Check to see if you have .net framework 4.5.1 installed. If so, uninstall it and install 4.5 from the Autodesk installation files.

Thanks,

I uninstalled 4.5.1 version of .net framework, but I could not find 4.5 version in Autocad Installation Files. I downloaded from Microsoft website, and will setup it. I guess that there is no problem, is that? Also, do I need restart PC after setup of .net framework?
