A question about flexLM Set-up from a newboy..

Hi,
I've recently been dropped in it as our AutoCAD expert is on long
term sick & were having to upgrade our teaching labs for the start of a new
academic term. So if someone could help with the following I'd be a happy
man with indeed.
    We have the following set-up
All NT4 servers on the same subnet, clients may be on a different subnet.
Flex_LM, AutoCAD 2002 Architectural desktop 3.3
Server 1 30 seats & Distribution point for set-up
Server 2 30 Seats
Server 3 20 seats

All clients have been installed from the distribution point on server 1 and
will happily pick up licences from server1, we have 80 clients. 80 into 30
doesn't go, obviously.
So the question is how can I get the clients to look at Server 1, Server2 &
then Server 3 as the licences are used up.

Hoping for a simple answer 😉
