Hi! I have a student license since 2011 for these 2 softwares.  I forgot to download and activate the 2013 version :smileysad:  Am I stucked with the 2012 version for the remaining time or I still can download the 2013 version?  I noticed that 2014 version is now released. Please, let me know! Thanks!

Hello Alexe:

You can re-download the 2013 or 2014 software as follows:

Lets try to use our new virtual agent called Matthew as follows:

1.       Go to http://www.autodesk.com

2.       Click on Contact Us

3.       Click on Customer Service

4.       Click on Virtual Agent

5.       Once the Virtual Agent opens:

Select the 5th Choice "Downloading and Installation"
Now select 1st choice "Software Download links"
Now select the 3rd choice "I need to re-download my product"
Select your product

You are now presented with the choice to download your software.

I also wanted to add that as an eligible, registered member of the Autodesk Education Community, you would be entitled to 1 license per product per version, and using 3ds Max and Mudbox as examples, could have licenses for the 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 releases.

Does that help answer your question?

Hi! Thanks for both answers! In fact, I haven't download yet the 2013 version, so I was not sure if it was better to download the  2013 or 2014 version, I will have to check the requirements. I have windows 7. My computer was sent to repair, so I don't know if the hard drive has been formatted.  I will try the virtual agent, thanks so much!
