Hello

I'm trying to update the SP2 for our 3dsmax 2012 (with installed sp1, and hotfix 2 which installed with no problems).

But when lunching the SP2 installer I get a prompt that the required program is not installed and the installation aborts.

Using Windows 7 x64 and x64 version of 3dsmax.

3dsmax was at least once run with administrators account with administrative privileges.

This is a wmic product list for Autodesk:

Please make sure you've downloaded the 3ds Max Design 2012 SP2, if you try to install the 3ds Max 2012 SP2 that will not work.

You can download 3ds Max Design updates and services packs from: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=10381720

Thanks... That's stupid but I missed that

I thought I did everything like the last time, but it seams that I overlooked that one... Now I now why it did look different in the patch folder
