3ds max design: Application configuration is incorrect

It uploaded successfuly, but when I go to open it, an error occurs and it says its unable to start because the application configuration is incorrect. How do I fix it?

Can you provide more detail? Screen shouts would be good. Please indicate which version of 3ds Max you are using, the operating system version, and if it is 32 or 64 bit.
