3ds max 2014 0xc000007b issue

Hey guys!

 

After hours spent on looking for solution i had to give up and write to you.

 

My system spec is:

 

Windows 7 x64 pro,

i7 860

8gb ram,

2x radeon 5870

mobo gigabyte p55a ud6

 

directx? reinstaled, drivers? reinstaled, messing up with registry? done, new system compilation? from ghost...

 

Don't know what to do...

 

I've already checked solution proposed on this forum, and still don't have a clue 😕

 

help!
