3ds Max and AutoCad 2012 were working great until sometime last week when they both stopped working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3dsMax as well as AutoCad, but that didn't work.
I uploaded the error codes.
Any help please?

Hi,
for the symptoms described, this is probably a license file corruption.
To solve the problem you need to delete the license file adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data which will force you to re-authorize the products again.
The license file location depends of the OS.
Windows XP > C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data
or
Windows Vista/Seven > C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data
