3ds Max 2014 Student Version Wont After Loading Assets

Hey guys, So I recently downloaded 3ds max 2014 (student version), and after a clean installation, I tried to open it. The loader opens up and shows that it is loading assets (ect.) then shows that it is opening 3ds max. The 3ds window pops open for about a split second then vanishes. Right after that an error reporting window pops and and prompts me to send in an error report (which I have done). I have reinstalled the program, repaired it, everything I could think of, but it refuses to open without crashing. any thoughts?

Typically when a graphic intensive program like Max crashes, it is due to a video card and/or video driver related problem.  You might want to check to see if your video card is approved and has a certified driver.
