3ds Max 2014 Service Pack 5 Setup error

Hi, I am trying out the 3ds Max 2014 Demo account, and through the Communication Center, as it tells me that "'Product update is available," I tried downloading the 3ds Max 2014 Service Pack 5. While running it (and shutting down Max as I'm told to during the process,) I get an error message that says, "The cabinet file 'RTMSP4.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package." What could this possibly mean? The purpose of running the Demo account is to see if my PC environment is sufficient for running 3ds Max. Thank you. Juna

Hi,

It is possible that the service pack that you have downloaded have been corrupted if it has not been fully downloaded, or the build of the service pack have an issue.

Did you try the last service pack available now for the 2014 release that you are using currently:
