Greetings,
This is a brand new install on a just installed Windows 8.1 Pro. Have followed all instructions to prepare computer for install, logged in as admin, antivirus off.
Install goes fine until SP2 install and just hangs. Have redownloaded, cleaned all registry with FixIt tools, uninstalled all components, and tried again, and no luck whatsoever. TEMP file is cleared out, reg is cleared out, computer is fully updated, using the most recent installer.
Seems to be unnecessarily difficult install on a brand new OS.
