Hi,

I have some problem with installation, and i can't solve it by myself.

This is the issue - I started to install  http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/6905/installation1.jpg and after few seconds it shows this http://img688.imageshack.us/img688/7938/installation2.jpg

I even have nothing to clutch to fix it - none error msg or anything like that :<

Of course I tried to run Setup.exe file as administrator - without any changes.

System: Windows 7 Prof. x64;

Procesor: Intel Core i7-2670QM;

Graphic card: nVidia GeForce GT 610M, 2GB;

RAM: 8 GB RAM, 1333 MHz;

Please feel free to ask for everything which can help You solve the problem.

Post the installation log file in that link. 

Your product is failing to install because the prerequiste program required by the installer is newer than the version being installed. Please uninstall the prerequisite program causing the issue and run your installer again.

When i try to install 3ds Max after about 10 mins it fails to download in the middle of downloading. Any ideas? please help!!

i get the 1603 error as well but i dont know what a prerequisite is. There for cant uninstall it

A program required to be installed before you can install the main
application.

A;right so if i have microsoft Visual C++ that is from 2005 i should uninstall it? You are the best dude.
