3ds Max 2012 not downloading properly... Help!

SO I got the trial for 3ds Max and I clicked on the link, but it said I did not have enough memory in my computer even though I still have like 300 gigs, what can I do?

Hi gamelocke;

  Are you sure it's asking for drive space or memory? 300 GB is more than enough to download and install Max but you mentioned memory? Is this the pre-requsites check that is starting up?

  If you include a screen shot of the error I can likely give you a more definitive answer
