Hi forum,

I recently installed the 64-bit 3DsMax student version. Everytime I load the program, it freezes on the welcome page and I am forced to restart my computer. I tried reinstalling and keep having the same issue.

Here are my specs:

Lenovo Thinkpad W520

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit OS

Intel Core i7-2720QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz

8GB RAM

Nvidia Quadro 2000M

Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!

Start by doing a clean install of this latest video driver:

It WORKED! Thank you so much! I thought it might be a driver issue but I couldn't find the right driver to download. Awesome.
