I have just tried downloading 3D Max three times and there is a repeated error with the installer package which affects the download of the material library.
An alert reads:
Error 1772: This is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program run as part of the setiup did not finish as expected.
The prompt asks to contact the package vendor or support personnel.
I have attached two screen shots of the issue. I am installing the program through Parallels on my MacBook. I am not sure if this contributes to the issue.
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
