Hey
Been having troube trying to open 3DS MAX 2014 Student Version on my Windows 8.1 laptop. I've looked at other threads from people who have had the same problem, but still not luck. I've tried re-installing and tried the method involving the moving of or renaming of the files in the FLEXnet folder in Program date. Any other possible solutions to this problem?
Thanks,
Harvey
Welcome to the community. Error 20 has often plagued this software suite. However, the fact that Windows 8.1 has not technically been deemed supported yet is another issue. It may be some time before all the bugs are worked out. I suspect that it will be supported with an update. Also the 2015 software should also be supported.
