3DS MAX 2012 won't accept my licence code to activate

I am unable to activate 3DS Max 2012, because it want accept my licence and user code? Any suggestions....

It appears that you may have used the wrong product key for Autodesk 3ds Max 2012. Please use the product key 128D1 and see if it works. For a list of product keys you may also refer to this link – Product Keys for Autodesk 2012 products.
