3DMax issue

Dear Support,

We have Autodesk3DMax  2009 software. I have installed this software on my system. When I access this software after few min I am getting an error message "

An invalid normal array occured. The program will terminate ( index= 65550)

and it automatically closed the software and opened files too..

You might have better luck in the Area forum for 3DS Max.
