    32 bit on windows 64 bit with autocad mep 64bit installed already

    I have Windows 7 64bit.  I've installed Autocad MEP 2010 64bit on it.  I need to install an add-on to Autocad that only runs on 32 bit.  Can I install a 32 bit version on my computer?  Do I need to have the XP VM installed?  

     

    Also, what about licensing?  Anyone know if they'll both use the same license?

    yes they both use the same license

    no you can't install the 32 bit version on a 64 bit os

    you are going to have to use xp mode
