I have purchased another seat of Civil 3D. The licence is for 2014 and I want to download 2013. I went through the process and requsted the previous version. To my astonishment, it may take up to 3 days to recieve my activation code. Wow. Really? Sorry to be a whiner, but good grief. Can you just call someone for help or is this the only place to do that. Or is this just the way it is?
