2015 installation failed product design suite

I am trying to install the above product and get a series of appdata errors. cant open the device or file specified

Any help would be nice

Sure, but where do I obtain that info? I did not see it when the installation failed

Hi William,

"The system can not open the device or file specified" typically relates to a running antivirus (usually Trend Micro) blocking the product installation process.

Thats exactly the virus protection we use. Trend anti virus. I will ask the I.T. guy to disable and try again.

Had problems downloading from website and even the stick that I requested.

Problem resolved.

Turn off Trend Virus protection and the software loads seamlessly.
