Maya 2014
Windows 7
I open the program Maya 2014 and it pops up with this message. I am a student using a College's version of it. It has been installed there and it keeps coming up with the pop up message as shown above.
Do you guys have a solution or a fix for this problem? I have not tried to delete or edit files in case I get expelled.
HI, Welcome to Autodesk Community!
This error actually because client unable to communicate with the license server, please check the following setting:
1 Make sure your license server is running
2 Ports 2080 and 27000-27009 are open on both the license server and clients machine. You can also try to disable the firewall to test.
3 Make sure clients and license server can ping each other by hostname or IP address
4 check this article to determine if you need an IPv6 license manager.
