Had a user run into problems with their copy of ACAD 2014 installed with IDSP, so I decided to uninstall/reinstall the full suite. Uninstalling all the components took a few hours, which was to be expected. However, the reinstall process has now been running for 22 hours, and still isn't finished.
The system has a wired connection to the network, UAC has been disabled, AV has been disabled, the disk queue length is sitting at a tiny number (0.00-0.10), the network utilization is puttering along at 3 mbps even though I can drag other files from the same server onto the machine and have it max out the LAN, memory utilization is minimal, and I'm not seeing any hardfaults, and the processor utilization is sitting at effectively idle. I have run out of ideas on why it's running so slowly, but I'm scared to stop it at this point as it's, again, been running for 22 hours. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you want, you can save some time and download the products a la carte but use the IDSP serial number and product key when installing it.
