We have installed 2013 Vault Basic and have migrated all the files from 2012.

We are using (Full) SQL 2008 SP1. I reviewing the Vault advanced installation guide I noticed that our SQL 2008 version is not in spec. According to the information I found, we should be at SP2 or SP3.

Is it to late or to apply these service packs? Would it be in our best interest to apply the service packs?

In hindsight; should the installation process have alerted me to this?

You can apply those SQL Service Packs at anytime.  We of course always suggest a full backup using the ADMS Console first.

The installer I believe will let you install with SP1, but SP2 and SP3 are preffered,
