Hi, I need the student version of AutoCAD 2013 installed on my laptop for class, but I've had some problems during the installation, and I wanted to know if there's a solution to this or if it has happened to anybody before...
Halfway through the installation process a window appears that says:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738."
If I close the window the installation continues, but when it's finished and the program is loading for the first time, it freezes when it's checking the license and a blank window pops up. When I close this window it says that the licence is damaged and that it should be repaired, and that I have a 7 day trial until it's fixed. However, the repair option takes me back to the licence checking part, and I can't do anything...
