2012 reinstallation "failed to find node" content service

I saw the other users post about this error and the reply, but I am wondering if I uninstall the Autodesk Content Service from the Control panel, will it mess up my 2013 installation? I have just installed MEP 2013, but have some users still on MEP2012, so I wanted to be able to use that as well so they can work with my drawings.I had uninstalled MEP2012 because of some other error and was trying to reinstall when the error showed up. The exact error I get is "FAILED TO FOND NODE://configuration/connect/Vdrive in XML file: C:ProgramFiles(x86)\Autodesk\Content Service\Connect.Service.ContentService.exe.config, system error - 2147020584" Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please try the following:

1.Log on with a local system admin account
2.Open Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features applet
3.Click on Autodesk Content Service
4.Run Repair on it
5.Install Autodesk MEP 2012
