2012 Maya Educational Suite License Issue

Today I went start up Maya and it told me that there was a problem with my license. It gave me two options to either run or repair. After I tried to repair it, it then tells me that my reactivation has been reached with Error:11 below all that. I just got the software back in say October from my school.
