2012 Civil 3D install - delete 2011 1st?

I have 2011 Civil 3D 64-bit installed and want to know what should be done before 2012 install. Thanks!

Hi Greg,

You can have both versions installed on the same machine without running into functionality issues. The only reason that you would need to uninstall the 2011 software is if it was upgraded to the 2012 and the license is not on an active subscription agreement. If it is on subscription and or a new license was purchased, then you are entitled to keep both.
