Hello...I had a user today that decided to uninstall and reinstall his civil 3d. He did manage to uninstall sucessfully...but when he went to install he had it going to the boot drive...not the apps partition. I told him to stop the install...so he did. We cleaned up the partial install and removed what I thought was all the entries from the registry that I have seen here in other posts.....but C3D will not install. It comes up as still being installed...but there is not an installation nor are there files I can see on the HD. I know there is still a ton (hundreds) of entries in a part of the registry...but do I really need to remove every single one of them....I could be there all day!! Any ideas where to start??
