2011 autocad 64bit installation problems HELP!!

It says that my autocad  2011 is not compatable with my operating system. My OS is windows 7 ultimate which i loaded on my mac via parallels. what am i doing wrong. The parallels seems to be working well. I got through the download it was just the final installation that is giving me problems. Also im downloading the student version. Thanks in advance

May be your windows is 32 bit version ? please check this and download 32 bit version of Autocad
