2011 Vault

I recently installed Inventor 2011,Vault 2011 and ADMS. When I attempted to log in to the Vault, I received the "Can't find Data Server". I uninstalled Vault and all its related files and reinstalled. Am still getting the message even though I can open the "Data Management Server Console" from the desktop shortcut.
Any ideas as to whats happening?
