2011 Serial Number (Educational Facility)

Hi All,

I am unable to locate our new serial number in the subscription centre pages. I am well aware of where to locate it but it just isn't there, all I can see is the 2010 license information. Can anyone enlighten me as to why the serial number for our 2011 subscription is not available yet despite the fact that our subscription has been paid? I am dying to get 2011 deployed but cannot do so without my licenses 😞

Would it have anything to do with the fact that the license is for an Educational Facility?
