2010 LT Update 2 version

The web site offers 3 different versions of Update 2 depending on my product version. I dont see me product version noted. It is 18.0.309.20. What update version should I use?

You need to check the properties of the proddata.dll file. That will give you the information you need.

Please see attachments showing my version number vs the AutoCad web site.  I dont see my version number referenced on the AutoCad website.  What update version do I use?

Are you sure that your LT isn't already updated to SP2?

As shown on the attachment, the Version is D.309.0.0.  I certainly didnt install SP2 and I dont see any reference in the attached to it.  Not sure what D.309.0.0 means.  See my previous uploaded attachments for other information.

What does it show under the Product Information button?  You might want to blur your serial...

Very strange. Is your copy of AutoCAD LT for USA/Canada?

I bought it from the Autodesk Store on October 9, 2009 and downloaded it via Digital River.  I have a receipt if useful.

It's probably valid. It just seems that your version is newer than SP2.  You would likely need somebody from Autodesk to validate this as none of your versions match up.

So who do I call?  I cant seem to find any sort of support phone number.

Support is generally handled thru a reseller.  Since you purchased yours online, you do not have access to quick support.   Maybe somebody from Autodesk will follow-up on this question here for ya.

The file version 18.0.309.0.0 corresponds with D.309.0.0 and is AutoCAD LT 2010 Version 3 (Update 2).

Therefore Update 2 has already been installed.

I have asked to have the download page for AutoCAD LT 2010 Update 2 revised to include the proddata.dll file version number for the update.

The AutoCAD LT 2010 Update 2 download page now contains the version number of the proddata.dll from Update 2 (version 3). To recap the version number is 18.0.309.0.0 if AutoCAD LT 2010 Update 2 (version 3) has already been applied.
