1603 error installing Revit 2011

I have tried what you have suggested in the other forums. (disabled the UAC, closed all applications, closed AV, restarted) I have a Win7 Home premium, i5 machine that meets the requirements. I start the install and 2 seconds in it pops up with the "Error while installing" error. The log said it was error 1603. I'm not going to reinstall Win7 as your program is the only one that has an installation issue. Reinstalling the operating system makes NO sense. What do I have to do to get this program to work?

I believe I am having the same issue. I have yet to figure it out myself.
