1305 Error Message

I don't seem to be able to install the Materials Library from the Revit 2012 installation disk.  I get a '1305' error message.
In researching this issue on the AutoDesk Help website, the 'work around' solution seems to be to copy the installation CD, and then run the install from the hard drive. But the CD won't allow itself to be copied, it seems (on my machine).
Attached are some screen shots. of the error messages I get.
Everything else installed OK; it is just the materials library that won't go.

If the Materials Library DOES install, per normal protocol, where would I find it on my machine?

What do you mean you can't copy the CD to your machine?  Do you get an error?  You might have bad media then.  Otherwise, try copying it to another machine and share the folder try copying it over the network.
