10 out of 12 Licenses work

The License parser checking tool states 12 licenses are available yet only 10 users can use the software (Inventor) - if one of the 10 log off then a different user can log on from a different work station.

Where do start with a problem like this?

Is it a single license that covers all 12 or are the licenses in the file made up of 2 instances 1 for 10 the other for 2?

if you have 2 serial numbers for the same product they both need to be generated the same day

the license parser tool should tell if they were if thats the case

if thats the not the case try checking the flex lm log to see if there are any denials
